Nutrition & Dieting

Nutrition is probably the most important aspect to a successful diet, and making the right choices can make all the difference.  Once you make the decision that this is the diet that is going to stick, the one that’s going to work; you need to know what foods to eat.  As someone who has had a successful diet, I would like to offer some of the food ideas that I ate to help me lose quite a lot of weight. 

First, I began to eat lots of fruit.  Fruit is great for breakfast, as I would enjoy bananas, cantaloupe, and grapes.  Also applesauce proved to be a great snack for me. 

For lunch, sandwiches were mostly what I ate.   Turkey was my meat of choice, as it was the healthiest.  I would have nonfat cheese, wheat bread, and mustard (no mayonnaise).  I would have crackers instead of potato chips, and maybe some nonfat yogurt.

Then for dinner I would have lots of chicken.  Always grilled, never fried of course.  I would also have turkey burgers, frozen healthy choice dinners, usually with a mixture of vegetables.  The healthy choice frozen entrees offered much variety, from pizza to tacos, just in smaller, healthier portions.  I hope this helps you make the right choices on any diet, as it did for me.
